We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other secure online payment options provided by Stripe (such as iDeal, Klarna, Przelewy24, and PayU). We send packages worldwide. Usually, it’s free!

Check each product’s page for its shipping time. We offer free shipping, but we still aim to be speedy. If you order multiple items with different shipping times, we’ll send them separately so you get them faster. We prep your order in just 1 business day. 

For our highlighted products, they can arrive the next business day via InPost (terms apply) or within 1-3 business days via Packeta. For other products, areas or regular postal delivery by national post and local parcel machines, it’s typically 7-15 business days.


For offers of products marked as delivery within 1 day:

  • Poland: 1 – 3 business days
  • Czech Republic: 2 – 4 business days

If ordered by 5pm, the order can even be delivered the next working day (98%).

Standard shipping time:

  • Poland and Czech Republic: 9 – 15 working days
  • USA and Canada: 7 – 10 business days
  • Oceania (including Australia): 8 – 11 working days
  • United Kingdom: 7 – 10 working days
  • Other countries: 11 – 20 working days

The maximum delivery time is 60 working days.

NOTE: Shipping time does not include any delays in clearance/customs inspection and any delays beyond our control (please note that we will do our best to avoid them).


When buying in a store, you can withdraw from the purchase and return the product by sending it back to the seller’s address.


Shipments of some products are sent from the warehouse of our Partner, which is located outside the European Union.
